Phone is not working since August 2015, no action is taken

I purchased redmi note 4g in january 2015. It stopped working and became completely dead in August. I went to the service center thrice but it has never worked more that 1 or 2 days after coming from service center. I applied for pick Mi service but they refused to accept the phone. The reason was that service center changed the motherboard and IMEI no and but I did not know that the IMEI no is also changed. In invoice details the IMEI no was changed. But it was not my fault. They said that I have to go to service center to get another bill. The nearest service center is 90 minutes away from my home. I left my job due to health issue so how would I manage to go this far for getting an invoice copy. why do i need to provide another invoice if i am giving the original copy. The warranty is about to finish and after this period they will charge fee for any repairing. I bought this phone for 10,000 from my savings.
