Panasonic Eluga S Phone deffected

I have purchased Panasonic Eluga S from Paytm. First time i have used it and found that first sim slot (Wcdma) not working . But I have not returned to Paytm due to near occasion of Deepawali i have purchaed it. So i have no other phone that time. Right now i have submitted my phone to service centre. They told me first slot tray is broken inside the phone. After 20 days i have gotten back my phone from service centre and pay Rs. 450/- for this. Whenever phone is under warranty.
My Job sheet number was KJASUP472116PI2598.

I have checked when inserting both sim then only one sim network comes and others not.
I have resubmitted phone to Shubham Telecom, Naya bans, Sector-15, Noida (Service center) with new job sheet no. KJASUP472116PI3003 on dated 02-02-2016. They are saying that phone will be go to company for 15 days again. And after 25 days(till 27-02-2016) phone not received. Tell me where is my fault. In one year warranty period approx. 2 months you will hold my phone for repairing and also charged for repair.
EMI numbers are 356537062352027 and 356537062852026.

My humble request to you that replace my phone and send same new set asap with one year warranty and refund my money of Rs. 450/- charged for repairing. If you are unable then told me ASAP.
