Not Getting smartphone submitted under warranty period

I've submitted my phone Micromax canvas Nitro A310 in Satguru communication official service centre of micromax mobile on 24th september 2015.


 


It's been more than 3 months have been passed. I wrote several mails to the company and customer support head office gurgaon. Also called varios times to customer support and service centre but still there is no resolution always they use to say this will take 15 to 20 more days I am wondering for getting my phone back.
