Motorola company are not giving the service since last two and half month.

I have purchased a phone from Motorola company model- Moto g plus 4th gen on 16.06.2016.and phone will be switched off on 2nd ooctober 2016 and i submited the phone in moto service centere in 3rd october 2016 till date i have not recieved my phone yet .they are saying that parts which is needed for the services is not available .sir please help me out.i also attached the phone bill and job sheet for more evidence .
