Moto X-play mobile charger not work

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Motorola X-play Serial No: 358967063159501 on 19.10.2015. After two month its charger stopped working but due to service centre was about 12km from my residence It was difficult for me to visit authorized service centre.

06.02.2016 I had visited to your authorised service centre at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon and they informed to me their online server is not working and cannot register my complain/replace the defective product.

13.02.2016 I again visited to your authorised service centre at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon and get the same answer. When their online system will work they have no answer.
Two times I have travelled 24 km (up and down) to reach your authorised service centre with no end result.

26.2.16 I again visited at service centre and handover defective charger to them.
As on today I did not get its replacement.
