More than 3 month gone in micromax mobile phone of my mobile phone

sir i am prahalad kumar shaw cont. no is 8100601818. my micromax mobile phone was given in micromax service centre in kolkata on 15/07/15. i went after one month for taking phone as he told me to collect one month later.i collected the phone but phone was dead . again i submit the phone. again i went one week later but phone was not repaired. center person told me that phone have to be replaced i agreed and submitted the phone. but sir till now i didn't get my phone they told me they will call when the phone come after replacement of dead phone. sir after that i was going regularly within week but sir every time he is telling phone didn't come. sir more than three month gone.phone purchase date is 15/07/14 and bill no is SI/MYG/5589. centtre job sheet no is E030410071517961304. service centre add M/S TECHNIQUE SERVICE(WEST BENGAL) 16,PRINCEP STREET OPP AMBASSY HOTEL, KOLKATA-700072.cont- 8961099975/03340071827. micromax head office cont no is 012444811000
