I have purchased a mobile Yunique mobile model no. Yu 4711 in march 2016.

After some time within the warranty period mobile had become malfunctioned, as it has very poor network all the time. I have shown to authorized service center. They repaired immediately and gave to me. However the problem was not removed. I again gave that to service center, they sent it to company and after one and half month they again returned the mobile to me claiming that the problem is rectified. But I found the problem is still there.

I had faced lot of trouble due to this mobile
battery back up is lost completely within six months now this mobile has 4-6 hrs back up only.

I want to return the phone or company should give me new mobile.
