Dear Sir,

I had kindly informed you to,I had booked mobile (Panasonic Nova P 55) on 24 January 2016 through ARAMEX courier service.As per courier company statement product delivered on 30 January 2016 and eBay company also say that product delivered but when I had booked product, I gave address and I am 100% sure product not delivered to as per particular address.
So kindly help me.
