Hello Sir/Mam,

I have bought Micromax Q391 from M/s Surabhi Video
Near Delhi Gate, Shop No. 1, M.C. Complex, Nahan Distt, Sirmour, Nahan, Himachal Pradesh .
on 10th Nov'15 .
IMEI no. is : 911433704957928
Bill No. 902 , 10th Nov.'15.

In March'16 I have faced display problem with my mobile & I have given my mobile to the same service centre M/S Surbhi Video Nahan. He has not given any Job Sheet at that time. My mobile was in warranty at the same time. But he has asked 3000 rupees for repair . I continuously follow up for my mobile . But after two months on 28th May'16 when I went to take my mobile from service center then they said still there is some problem with the phone & asked for 4500 rupees for repair & give me a Job Card .
Problem reported : 5303 Charging / Battery ; Battery Overheating
Latest Job Card Date : 28/05/16
Now I am calling customer care for that but in response they said your phone dropped in some liquid . From the March'16 mobile is with service center . He has dropped it in liquid but asking repair money from me.
My mobile was in warranty when I gave for repair & micromax service center persons are misguided me.I don't know why they are asking for this big amount for repair while my phone was in warranty. Its been more than 4 months mobile phone is with your service center only.
Now I am continuously calling customer care for the same issue. But not getting any response. Every time new person on phone & same language they are using. They ask me to go to service center & make a call to customer care .
I am very much disappointed from the quality of mobile & service they are providing .
Also I got the information from Micromax customer care that i n March'16 the service center person repaired my phone in warranty but h asked 3000 rs from me.
From last 4 weeks I continuously calling customer care . But they even don't know what to say.
Please support me to retrieve my mobile back with no cost.
