Micromax mobile cheap & low quality product on high price is a Fraud

Dear Sir
Micromax Mobile company selling very low quality product in indian market in a high price. The tablet P480 purchased by me is not working since i purchased but every one from shopkeeper to service center and company dont care and resolve the problem since 8 month.pls file a case against owner/director of the company for this fraud.Lot of complaints and customer running their service center everyday but do not get justice. So I am here to provide any information needed for this action against the company.Even wrote to the director of the company but no one reply or take action on the issue.

Govt of india should close this company and file a case of fraud against its director soon for selling low quality product and for not providing after sale service to its consumer.
