I bought a phone COOL PAD NOTE 5 Price -11450 through online paying through credit card from EBAY, decemberTHROUGH SFDMOBILEPOINT16 sellers mobile no. 9962658736 December and received the phone on 19th of December, but when I opened the box of mobile everything was good but the item was not working properly and not as expected or mentioned on website then I, raised a claim against the seller and eBay (website from which i bought) then the seller is not responding and not ready to return my money back
