Google classroom not getting downloaded

We purchased a mobile Tecno Spark 7T from Amazon India. Unfortunately, Google Classroom is not getting downloaded onto this mobile. We complained to Amazon India and they assigned a person who was supposed to visit our home to provide the necessary service. But the provider of the service is not attending the service. The Amazon India is asking us to reschedule the service appointment, and it was rescheduled three times by us but the provider has not yet turned up. The mobile cost us around 9000 rupees and it was purchased for attending online classes only through Google classroom app, but we are unable to install the Google classroom app.
