I bought Gionee L700 on 9 spet 2016 and some of its softwares are not working properly due to which I am facing the problem in operating the phone. As it is gprs enable and phone is installed with java apps which stopped working after few days of purchasing date. I complained the same in the service center and they checked three times but failed to solve the problem. Then I requested them to replace the phone they denied it after consulting their reporting office. I want the solution of my problem as soon as possible as I am financially weak and can't purchase a new phone now.
