Hi,

Rs. 5000 transfer failed yesterday. please refund asap. its urgent. Kindly publish a notice or close the app if you are unable to transfer money. instead of creating trouble for your customer.

this is not the first time. you are using someone money by increasing failure transaction and refunding after a week.

please refund and understand the urgency instead of doing business.

Please check the attached failure transaction reviews by other customer too.
