Sir mujhe 2 January ko +919212248511 se call aaya ki unki company koi promotion scheme ke through randomly mere number ko chuna hai jiske through mujhe dell ka laptop gift kiya jaayega. Is gift ko paane ke liye mujhe minimum RS 3000 ka purchase karna hoga jiske baad maine "Micromax Canvas Spark q380" mobile set (2 piece) kharida[Merchant Reference Number/Order No. : 1001 EBS Payment ID : 46761844, 46762360;(Price-Rs5001 per mobile), Total Cost Rs 10002]. Is product ka payment mujhe online karne ko kaha gaya jiska payment maine debit card se kiya aur kaha gaya ki aapko aapka product 10 dino ke andar mil jaayega. Mujhe 19 January ko product delievered hua. Jo product mujhe delievered hua usme na to mera product ("Micromax Canvas Spark q380" mobile set ) tha aur na hi mera gift ( Dell ka Laptop). Mujhe ek shoe aur ek hand watch delivered hua. Maine unke helpline no. (0120-6454222) pe galat product delivere hone ki jaankari di. Usne mere complain ko note kar process me bataya; aur kaha ki mobile ka stock khatam ho gaya tha isliye aapko galat product delivered hua, aapko aapka product ("Micromax Canvas Spark q380" mobile set ) ek week me delievere ho jaayega; aur usne bola ki unki company ki aur se koi gift ka waada nahi kiya gaya ; tab maine kaha maine yeh order gift ( Dell ka Laptop) ke karan hi kiya tha aur jab mujhe gift hi nahi milega to mera order cancel karke mera refund (Total Amount Rs 10002) mujhe wapas kar diya jaaye, to usne mera refund mujhe wapas dene se mana kar diya aur bola ki unki company koi aisa gift ka waada nahi kiya tha; aur mera refund mujhe wapas nahi kiya ja sakta hai aur product ("Micromax Canvas Spark q380" mobile set ) mujhe ek week me delivere ho jaayega, lekin abhi tak mujhe mera product nahi mila hai.
