Hi, I am Amar Meshram M. No.8007233343 i am using eprs buysmart wallet my eprs reg. Mo. No 8007233343 my dist: ebasket ezee : EZ70999 my wallet balance rs. 2850.9 but i am using its saying System is under maintenance due to upgradation so I request to EPRS to refund my balance in my bank a/c but no communiction done from the company. My last month Statment is attached Eprss prepaid recharge services india pvt. Ltd.C-207, kpct commercial complex, fatima nagar, wanowrie, pune, maharashtra - 411013
