delaying of mobile delivery for almost two months

I have given my mobile handset (Letv Le 1s, IMEI:869087025018182, 869087025018190) to the service center (NETSOL ASSOCIATES, guwahati) on 15.04.2016 for screen damage. The jobsheet no is JS16041800278. At the time of submitting handset to the guwahati service center, i have been told that it will take one week time. I have called to the customer care (Letv Le india) several times and they said they are running short of mobile handset. Now my concern is the mobile is with the company for last 46 days (it may take more time as they are saying there is a shortage of handset), so will they provide extra warranty period? I asked this to customer care representative & the lady told me to write to indiasupport@le.com. I have written to the above email ID two times, but I have not received anything from their side.
Now, i want may mobile back after repair is done and also the the extension of warranty period.
