I ordered one Karbonn Titanium S205 (16GB, Golden White), Order ID: 14092800764 on 7/7/2016 from online shopping portal named Snapdeal. On delivery, I did not find the product satisfactory due to a speaker problem and thus cancelled the order and asked for replacement. I have got my replecement but the product turned out to be defective again (charging problem). They are sending me constantly to the nearest service center, but of no use. I had spokeN to them approx. 15 times. But till now they have not refunded my money despite my repeated calls and emails. They assured for easy resolution but I failed to get my refund even now. Please consider my case.

    On 17th August evening, I got a call from SNAPDEAL, saying the matter is closed & I haven't got any solution. Right now, you are quoting "we are working on your problem".

    Pls don't make contradictory statements. I just need my refund. Process it as soon as possible.

    I have Seen a mobile add in online TV shopping ..

    They Show Screen if tampered with Knife no problem.
    If Passed through earth Movers no Damage on screen.
    Hit By a Hammer No Problem.

    So brought the product after 2 months use I found a hair line crack.

    On call C Care they Gave Mobile C care Number On Calling them They Gave Service Centre Number .
    Finally he Says Physical Damage Does not come under warranty.

    My Question sir
    I agree for other mobile Physical damage not cover.

    But the add says mobile designed that earth mover goes no problem..

    My order ID is 17733780254 And Complain no is 38921564.i know to snapdeal many times by mail and call to him by phone but don't well. I mailed to CEO (snapdeal) whose name is kunal Bahl but he is not reply to me. I twitter to CEO but he is not reply to me. The ceo kunal Bahl called to me by his executive officer also mail and twitter. When any customer problem then they know to ceo kunal Bahl by mail then acting to snapdeal. They have 7 days refund policy but they don't refund the customer they send mail to me but same copy mail send all customer. That proofs has to me. Snapdeal is fraud online company. They cheat with many customers same to me. When I get the empty box then I know to snapdeal. They said to me you get refund in 48 hours but I cannot refund till now. I complained dated on 10/01/2017 . Snapdeal fraud to me and many customer you are hardly management for snapdeal.     Dear sir, i have purchase a prestige stove from snapdeal.com but i recieved a defective product. i asked to coustomer care for refund they told replacement is possible only. i agreed for replacement. but now they are telling pic up facility is no available on your address. i told them due to my office work i cant send the item to you, please arrange another courier for pic up the product, they told our back up team will call you back but they didn't call. they don't want to help me out. when delivery facility is available then why pic up facility is not available. many other courier providing pic up facility from my address they hire anyone out of them.my order id : 18309953643
