i had given my micromax mobile to the service centre and now they are taking too much time in giving my phone approx 2 and a half months are over and always when i go and ask them about my phone they simply answer like sir 'aabhi nhi aaya hai aabhi aur time lagega orr aabhi esa hua aabhi server down hai and all that nonsense. simply they give 'unnessary excuses and they are not paying attention towards my mobile and they are taking too much time now i dosn't have any phone for use properly all my work is pending since long time and they are wasting my time also my money in travling from my house to service centre
and now i need ur help..

    My phone was not working properly so I had gone to moto service centre jaipur and they took my phone and said to me they it will take for one week. But they take too much time approximately 1 month and no stand by phone given to me. After one month I gone to service centre and took my phone. But the problem for which I was gone to service centre resolved but another problem comes in my phone after taken my phone from service centre. I gone to service centre again and again but their behaviour was so rude and unavoidable.even they don't file my complaint regarding it. When I was gone to service centre for 8 times after that they took my phone and said to me that they give it back in 7 day but again it's take too muchtime . My whole working effects just beacause of their negligence. My precious time , working,studies and petrol in travelling. Now I want to file a compalaint against then.

    Sir, I had gone to service center today for repair of my Mobile Moto G4 plus.
    Due to accident of my child phone screen is broken according to service center.

    They did not accept the phone, according to them we could not accept due to screen is broken, You have to make a paid service with approximate expenditure Rs 7000/-

    I have purchased the phone on 2nd Aug. 2016.

    Kindly suggest me what to do.

    Note: At the service center users are shouting for their bad service. The agency have taken 5 brand mobile service. According to users they have no sufficient & experience Engg. They are going to ruin the image of MOTO brand.
