I have given my Mobile handset manufacture by Motorola to repair in their service partner Ensure Services on December 2015,but till date I have no update as on when my handset will be repaired.I just keep on getting reply that they require 48 hours since 26 june 2016.

I would like to file a case for compensation for the mobile and the harressment they have given me
