Charger Adapter under warranty is not replaced

i bought Mi Pad on 8th January 2016 with warranty of 12 months on pad and warranty of six months on accessories including charger adapter, of which the charger adapter is not working, while contacting customer care executives Mr.Gaurav and Mr.Akshay i was told that being my accessory in warranty the same will not be replaced as Mi india donot have any service center in chhattisgarh, I believe that if Mi India sell products in all states it should provide services also and that too for the product under warranty.

The reply to my complaint given by Mi India is as follows:

Mr. Anthony, I would like to inform you that if you are facing issue in charger then, would request you to visit Service Center and replace your charger because, we would not able to provide charger online or would suggest you to that you may use any standard charger must be 5V 2Amp.
