Respected sir ,myself Himanshu pathak and i am from Darbhanga Bihar .My purpose of writing this email is regard bihar student credit card scheme .Actually i applied for this scheme on 22th of january on drcc Darbhanga but its been around 3 month and my status is showing on( MNSSBY website) that its PENDING FROM TPVA BY AM .And actually i didn't knew what exactly that means for that i recently went for DRCC Darbhanga and they told me that its a verification process via college of your document but when i contacted to college they told me that its been verified since 26th of february.now what should i do? I belong from a middle class family my family income is under 1 lac i already have debt of 1 lac rupees of previous semester and after few days i have to pay the 2nd semester fee of my college so sir please do something in this regard .I will be waiting for your reply....
