Subsequent payment of 4th sem

I have applied for subsequent payment in a month of november 2019 . After verification of all the documents and approved by drcc hajipur.aftr some day it rejected once & again I upload all the documents and again it was checked by drcc hajipur and it was approved.aftr some day I called drcc why the payment is not been till yet thn they said again it is rejected. my disbursement date was 12 december and the payment is not yet done. My registration is pending due to not submission of fees. my college name is Ihm hajipur my registration no is 2270768 I have to face a lot of problem due to fee payment as my registration is not done.till yet my payment has not been done and i am calling regular to drcc but they are not working and not providing certain information.... Plz check it and help me out , I shall ne so obliged for this.
