Sir i have applied Bihar student credit card on 02/02/2021 on DRCC office and my application is pending from TVPA BY AM more than 3 months since yet.but maximum duration to complete these scheme is 45 to 60 days now its cross the days and i am very needy of that money bcz i came from very poor family please resolve my issue
