I applied for a loan at 4AM on 24th Dec. But called the call centre of Zest Money and cancelled the loan at 8AM. However the loan amount was not credited neither the loan is cancelled and the app is showing an active EMI. I tried calling multiple times but they don't provide a resolution even tried emailing but got no concrete response. The complaint is just sodded off without a resolution. Either they should disburse the loan and I'm happy to pay it or they should cancel the EMI showing on the app that reflects I owe them money.
