ICICI bank forcefully debited the HOME loan EMI with penal interest from S/B account even after approving moratorium in July 2020. Bank debited bounce charges in the month of April 20, July 20 and August 20 after approving moratorium. Complaints lodged are not addressed properly. Bank representatives deny the facts and gave contradictory statements. Bank showing dadagiri, denies moratorium, locks the S/B account without information. My loan account No. LBMUM00002928522 and S/B a/c No. 003801020773.
