Deducting EMI after foreclosure of the loan amount

Hi Team,

Got bugged up completely. I don't know why I took loan from DMI finance on Mobikwik app. It was the most regretful decision that I have taken in my entire life. Forclosed the loan on 11-1-2020, paid amount of 7000/- in their Kotak Bank account and also got the confirmation for the same as well. However after sending 10-12 emails also they deducted 2360/- rs from my account on 5-2-2020. Request to refund the money, however they didn't. So launched a complaint with RBI, so got the refund of 2360/- on 28/2/2020. However since last many days I was getting SMS and emails to pay the EMI on Razorpay, again communicated with Dmi. Again got a reply that it's already been settled and I don't need to worry. However, today again they deducted 2360/- rs from my account without any reason??? What is this, I am going through a big time mental trauma because of this incident. In case, I am not getting justification and refund of 2360/- with an immediate effect I will sue everyone in the Court of Law. Sending you the screenshot of Bank Statement for the 2360/- rs debited from my account and also the bank receipt for the 7000/- rs paid as the foreclosure amount on 11/1/2020 (instead of 6773/- rs), also the loan account statement on Dmi finance (wherein they are still showing the pending amount as 6773/- rs)enclosed as attachments (this is the 5th time I am sending the foreclosure payment receipt to them). Send almost 17/18 emails to them till date, however got no justification whatsoever. They are doing such unethical things in Corona Era???I was a loyal customer of Mobikwik and took loan on their app,kindly help me get rid of this mental harrasment once and for all .
