Complaint against Stashfin loan company taking anonymous self made charges against loan

I took a loan from stashfin company of rs.5000 on 2 march 2019 for 1 month in which i have to pay rs.5800 after 1 month on 2 april 2019. In which terms is that if i am not able to pay my loan on time rs. 25 to be added as extra fine each day, i am agree with that. Due to some problems i was unable to pay the loan on time but i am ready to pay extra penalties of rs. 25 each day.. on 19th april dues with all the penalty is rs. 6300 which is right.. but on 20th april they extended my fine to rs 6855 ? RS.555 per day? I have contacted several time to their customer service but they don't reply.. now they are taking anonymous charges and due to this my cibil is affected..here is the proff of charges.. and now they are taking anonymous charges which are not in policy.
