I had applied for Bihar Students Credit Card Scheme from DRCC office , Gaya in January , 2020. I was told that my loan will be sanctioned within a month or two by latest , but now it has been almost 11 months since i applied and from the month of march,2020 my application status is Pending from TPVA By AM . There is no proper any formal information provided to me regarding this matter . I have been to the DRCC office several times but they only tell me to just wait . Even the helpline executives are very ignorant , they don't have any kind of ethics ! I have to call 15-20 times to talk to an executive and then also i don't get any kind of relevant information . I've read many complaints on the internet regarding the same matter. It is much needed that some very strict action should be taken against the people and the authorities involved in the process. I am writing this complain here with a hope that will be some action taken regarding this matter and this problem of mine as well as so many other students could be resolved as soon as possible as there are so many students like me who are relying on this loan to pay for this college fees.
