Application for more deduction of loan amount.

This is to inform you that I Kishore Sardar, my loan a/c is 5133300004404 in Chitrasali branch. I had been granted a loan of Rs. 5 lakhs from your bank, for house repairing nine years (20-05-2014) ago on condition to repay the amount in 120 equal monthly installment of Rs. 7470.00 each. My salary account 5133015004847 is deducted every month by bank in auto system. But from my other a/c 5133018032698 on 20 June 2014 Rs. 3760.00, on 4th July 2014 Rs. 128.00 & on 7th April 2015 Rs. 500.00 was illegally deducted by the bank. I have paid about 102 installments, but as per bank passbook I still have to pay about Rs. 192726.80. As such I have to pay additional 70 to 90 thousand to the bank. Bank has not given me loan sanction order. When asked for loan sanction order bank manager said loan sanction order in not found. I informed the bank manager about my problem by letter but there was no solution.
Sir please arrange for quick resolution of my problems.
