Dear Sir / Ma’am,

My name is Kalpesh Solanki ( Adhaar Card no.498013337367), I am a common man with my family residing in newly built residential complex named “Capitol Flora” block - I/44 which is Opposite to Ashka Hospital, Sargasan, in Gandhinagar, Gujrat-pin code - 382421

Along with me some other families have put their hard earned money in 1 BHK flats of “Capitol Flora” with a high hope that we are investing in a complex which will give us a feeling of a combined larger family. And by keeping such nice thoughts in mind we - few families - have started residing here just a year back. However, our myths was broken soon as we have realized that 80 % flats are stuffed with hundreds of bachelors,which was surprising, and a real shock to us that despite it has been registered as a residential complex by the renown builder “ Kalp infrastructure “ it is actually being OPENLY RUNNED as a HOSTEL /accommodation for bachelors which was never intimated/briefed or highlight to us at the time of selling the flats to us. 

And moreover the contractor is running full fledged mess/dining place in the same corridor / floor - exactly where the another flat owner is staying with his family. We feel pity as he has to go through lot of unbearable personal trauma - and an unapokable nuisance is happening in front of his eyes. He can only try is to keep his doors & window ALWAYS CLOSED. Still, unfortunately the yellings/noice & screams of multiple groups he has to bare, which even reaches to our houses and disturbing us all the time.

Further, some government officials/ bank managers have purchased multiple & numerous flats as an investment along with the other investors who”ll have given their flats to the HOSTEL CONTRACTOR on a lease expecting in return a monthly fix & big income-no matters even by stuffing humans alike cattle’s in each room/flat. Instead they should have chosen appropriate families as an tenants, but they will not think to do this as they may receive little less amounts in return.

Sir, we around 13 families ( flat owners) are really disturbed by listening cranky noice of elevator grill opening & shutting all the time. We are also struggling to find adequate space to park our vehicles in building parking as all of them are most of the time occupied with 2 wheelers & some 4 wheelers of these boys which are always incorrectly parked.

Another situation - We have to always keep our flat windows covered with curtains as we have women’s in family - and if we open our curtains we only see bachelor all over wearing only small/short cloths and some boys are even standing, sitting or sleeping barebody without covering/shutting curtains down.

Also everywhere you can see tobacco spit marks in or building and also their garbage is spread all over the staircases and outside their flats.

Additional incident - Recently couple of flat owners went to collect Navratri mahotsav donation to the respective flats, but HOSTEL BOYS have gang up and tried to create mob lynching situation for the flat owners by refusing to donate the money, instead started yelling on them and tried to threaten by ganging up around , however somehow we other flat owners have took control of the situation and sorted the matter.

Further, they have started writing very ugly comments on our vehicles, ONE LADY FLAT OWNER WHO IS SEEING VERY DIRTY COMMENTS WRITTEN ON HER CAR BONET SINCE LAST TWO DAYS. 

You can understand in the metal state - out of what she must be suffering.

Their are so many other factors that we are not able to tolerate about this HOSTEL thing in our residential premises. Some inappropriate activities are going on regularly without government fear, and at many occasions we have caught girls (who are staying in our complex in rental accommodation) with outsiders at our building terrace in the middle of the night at 04:00 hrs enjoying unethical activities. 

We would like to highlight that We personally have no complaints against hostel boys as they have come keeping in mind that this is a bachelors accommodation so they are living accordingly. But for us it is our home.

We have send a request letter to builder, and local police but NO ACTION had been taken until to date. Hence, with a very high hopes, we request your goodselves to intervene and take necessary actions against builder “ Kalp infrastructure” and their hostel management company.
