I had purchased a plot from hahnemann Housing & Development private limited on 14th November 2014. After that I tried to submit all necessary documents to BL&LRO office Midnapur for mutation but office did not accept my documents. They told me that the above land has been identified as government Land. After that I try to contact seller to refund my money but they do not received my call. Now I want to refund land value which I paid with interest. Kindly request looking forward to your help and cooperation to resolve the problem.

    I have purchased a plot in instalment from Hahnemann Housing & Development Pvt. Ltd. In the year 1914 in his project santiban iv in Asansol west bengal. I have paid about Rs.465000
    Company is neither giving me plot more refund my money. I have also approached concerned authority of the said company to give me plot in other projects like Brouipur but of no avail.

    I have booked 3 katha land at bolpur on 2015 and accordingly made 95% payment by EMI to HAHNEMANN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT COMPANY SINCE 2015.

    Till date the company neither registered any land nor refunded any money. Its a cheat company.They have only provided a non judicial did.

    I have paid all the installments since 2015 for purchase of land in Bolpur. Till date land has not been given and money also not refunded.

    We have been cheated by Hahnemann Housing Development Company from our hard earned money.
    Local agents are also involved.
