LPKC land developer builder fooling all the customer by providing wrong carpet area for e.g I have buy a home in kalyan.
carpet area on agreement is 656
load provide by KDMC is 20%
builder has sell by saying sellable area 1025
and loading 35 %
when i see the calculation in internet regarding property it is totally different and now he is not providing me possession letter unless i give him all the black and white money.plz help me, how i overcome from this problem.At last i have given all the money to him forcefully because no one stand for me against him
