I, Ashish Kumar Jain, made a Plot Buyer Agreement with M/s Parsvnath Developers Limited, Shahdara for plot no. D094A in Parsvnath City, Jodhpur on 9th January 2015. I paid Rs. 3.56 Lakhs (15%) as booking amount. As per Payment Plan 'A', my Loan was sanctioned on 22.01.2015 by SBI and amount of Rs. 18.43 lakhs was sanctioned to M/s Parsvnath Developers Limited after signing tripartite agreement among State Bank of India, M/s Parsvnath & me. In total I have paid approx. Rs. 22.0 Lakhs (90% of Total Cost) to M/s Parsvanth Developers Limited.
Unfortunately, even after 19 months of this agreement, I have not received sale deed/patta from the Land Developer for the plot but I am paying loan interest to SBI since loan sanctioned date. So far I have paid Rs. 1.93 Lakhs interest to SBI.
Now even after multiple reminders sent to the land developer, I am unable to get satisfactorily reply as well as physical possession of the plot from the developer. I am mentally harassed due to this.
Hence requesting you to kindly put up my case in forum.
