Sir,  i have booked  a flat  in Aai Jivdani Appartment 2 in Virar East  in 2013 . They promised me to give possession in  6 month but till now  they are makin g bahane baji . I asked them several times about work progress  but no proper answer given by them . builder name  Aai Jivdani builder & develpor. And the owner  is Mr. Rajendra Gharat . I had paid  9.5 lakhs  of 125865 rs  rest amount deside to pay on possesion. pls advice me what will do about this matter. Sill his building in under work progress and dont think they will give possesion in a year more.

    Due to incomplete construction builder not given possession as per registered agreement.One year left after giving 03 reminder to builder but no result hence given leagal notice to builder by my lowyer but no response hence proceeed to consumer forum to get refund my paid money with resonable interest and penalty compensation to builder and cancellation of registration etc. Can any authhenticated member of wefare fund advocate coordinate me?
