I MD ANWAR SAJJAD has booked a plot at BARUIPUR mouza-pirkhali under JULPIA Gram panchayat district - south 24-pargana of WEST BENGAL from ABS LAND DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE having its registered office at
13/B,JATIN DAS ROAD, P. S, TALLYGUNGE,
KOLKATA 700029,
The company has an agreement for sale of plot no-C/67 at the above site to be handed over in fully developed condition in DECEMBER'2015 has been failed to made over the said plot to me and since 31/03/2011 the date of booking the plot the chairman of ABS.. Cheated the money and harassed through out the period by day to day fake promises.
I hereby request your kindself please get money back as per the present value of the land and compensation for the time and mentally harassment
