No CC, OC & proper road NOC for building even after 7 years

There is no CC, OC & road NOC for Kuber Samruddhi building B wing. Mr. Kundan Mhatre & Mr. Hitesh Chheda had told flat buyers to take the possession as building was ready & committed that it will take some few days to receive OC & NOC. As flat buyers like me had disbursed 100% for loan we were agreed to take flat keys in hand and gave development charges.Possession date was May 2015 but till now no CC, OC & road NOC is received. Flat buyers are struggling & taking followup with Mr. Kundan Mhatre but no actions from his side.
