Hi,

I had bought a flat in Bhagwati Ashiyana constructed by Kishor Developers. The possession of the said flat was received in year 2016 and immediately it was pointed out to them that there are leakages in the flat but there was no action taken by them (I have emailed evidence if photos shared immediately after the possession)
