It is hereby submitted that I harbans Lal Gupta aged 62 yrs request you to please look into the matter explained in the letters attached which the mail and bless us with the light of justice which has been denied to me for a long time and I have been subjected to a lot of mental and financial harrasment for a plot in noida allotted to me only in papers and irrationally calculated penalty amount is being asked by the board for giving it's possession
