Interest against booking not paid

I had booked villa under the Eleven Acacia builder schema in year 2011 and paid booking amount of 4.19Lac. It was informed us in year 2014 December that the project was scrapped and in compensation against the booking given option either booked a Flat or took the refund of Principal amount. And I had opted for refund.In year 2015 July I received principal amount payment but the interest amount was not paid.As on One of company director mr. Mritunjay instruction we were following with Mr Hemant Kumar Singh(another Director) for interest amount which he said will to paid first in October 2015, November, December and finally in January 2016. But he didn't delivered the amount on promising date. Mr. Hemant never shown any interest in paying of interest amount in any of personal meeting or on phone call that I following for interest refund. Now he has stopped to answer my calls and not replying to email even. This all force me to took second advice with Consumer Form legal department with Reference number:655851 ready to took my case for further assistance to get interest amount till month and year principal amount paid by builder along with Mental Harassment of amount 2Lac regards to problem faced in follow-up with mental trauma and financial stress.
