I have deposited Rs. 12,57,000 deposited with you vide
Cheque no 985213 dated 26-04-2013 amounting to Rs. 6,28,500 drawn on Indian overseas bank
Cheque no 150522 dated 13-08-2013 amounting to Rs. 6,28,500 drawn on Indian overseas bank with Aerens Gold Souk International Limited
Gold Souk, C block, Sector -43 Phase -1 Sushant Lok GURGAON-122002 as a prelaunch advance money for advance of 20% was deposited for a Three Bed Room Flat of 1750 Sq. Feet in their project at Sohna but when I visited their office We came to know through their layout Plan that there is no 3 Bed Room Flat of the size of 1750sq, Feet. So I asked the developers to refund my money with Interest vide letter dated 02 Sept 2015, Reminder 22nd Sept 2015 and 11th January 2016. but not received any reply from them.We visited their office also but they refuse to pay any money I seek your intervention in this regard sir.
