I have purchased a single bedroom flat at ponda goa from AVR REALTOR in 2017 and signed an agreement..that time said builder told me that they will complete the work by end of the year 2017 which was not completed till date..i am paying a bank installment from 2017 as a loan amount and i am not getting any benefits..i am staying at mapusa and every day i have to travel to dharbandora for work..which is almost 120 kilomters a day..every day said builder is giving differnt stories of non complete of buidling work..till date only 70% of building work is complete and looking at the suitation it will not get complete in this year too..o have paid almost 90% of the fund to the builder but i am not getting any benefits..
