I had purchased a plot from hahnemann Housing & Development private limited on 14th November 2014. After that I tried to submit all necessary documents to BL&LRO office Midnapur for mutation but office did not accept my documents. They told me that the above land has been identified as government Land. After that I try to contact seller to refund my money but they do not received my call. Now I want to refund land value with interest. Kindly request looking forward to your help and cooperation to resolve the problem.
