I am Praveen Kumar Atmakuri, Work for private company. This I am writing because I have got cheated by Maxworth Realty, Managing Director & Chairman Mr. Kesava. I have booked plot in one of their ventures called Max Nandana Phase 2 and paid booking amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- on 08/Aug/2013 and later paid Rs. 1,88,000/- on 29/Jan/2014 of total agreed sales amount of Rs. 9,60,000/- They supposed to register plot with in six month from 14/Feb/2014 which falls in 13/Aug/2014. But they never turned up for registration. I have ask for the refund, they stopped responding to my calls and visited their office but no use. It's 3 years now I have not got the refund still.

Pls. help me to get the refund.
