Agriculture to Residential Demarcation of Plots not being done

Dear Sir / Madam : REQUEST FOR ADVICE

Myself and my Friends have purchased a piece of land/plot(s) in Bhiwadi from a Land Owner, who has got converted his land from Agriculture to Residential. Lease Deed for the same is also executed in Bhiwadi. It has been more than one year the Land Owner is not getting Demarcation done. In absence of Demarcation we are unable to identify the exact location of our Piece of Land/Plot. May I request you to kindly advice me the course of action to be taken by me and my other friends in this connection.
