I was Booked ticket PNR 4743060014 PER > KPD for the time of 15:45 hr DOJ 25-Dec-2021 on 19-Dec-2021 through Amazon payment gateway ₹270+ 17.7 .

During the time of DOJ train was cancelled from my boarding station and it was also route is diverted to somewhere. I was unable to complete my journey. I thought ticket will be refund and but it wasnt done till now.
