Regarding of Sahara FD

Dear sir /Madam
I would like to inform you that We have invest to the Fixed dopiest 70000 on 12/02/2015 with Sahara universal for one year then i have submitted to the documents at Sahara office (Sonbarsa,Gorakhpur) but till dated i have not received the amount .
Then i have discussed the Branch manager Mr.Pawan kumar srivatava but branch manager behavior is very rood then i have again discussed for invest related he says i do not know for Fixed deposit contact to the sahara head office.
So please solved the my problem & take the necessary action for this matter.
