I have invest money for policy as below.

Receipt No:- BWL -04118 ,

Folio No:- 1069-01-9798

Chque No:- 726262 Pay Date:- 25.06.2014

RS:- 10920/- Only .

Marketing Person:- I P Nemade , Rank Sr Code:- 1069-1-1614

So I received only receipt . i did not receive (full kit) certificate and small i card.

I have contacted this person so many times but did not provided so please help for that.

Please (issue ) send me my certificate by courier on my address.
