REGARDING FIXED DEPOSIT WITHDRAWAL FROM BIRLA SHLOKA EDUTECH LTD

Dear Sir,

I have invested Rs 100000- 4 years back at Birla Shloka EduTech Ltd
But I face a problem related to the subject, of my Fixed Deposit withdraw from the Birla Shloka EduTech Ltd.
I have sent all required documents to Birla Sloka Edutech Ltd the details of which are shown below:

1.FDR certificate No.0001913 dated 4.9.2012
2.Amount of FDR-Rs100000
3.Cheque No.94027 dated 3.9.2012
4.Date of Maturity:4.9.2013

But I am pained to inform that I am unable to get the money as per their issued certificate.
Repeatedly I have communicated to the company for withdrawing my money but failed. When I have called to the company persons(Telephone numbers: 02261748282,02241026565,02222026340) they have promises that they will refund within 6 months but till now unable to carry their promise for the same.
I am humbly request your authority to take the needful and necessary actions to recovering my invested money.

    Can anyone suggest how to get money back from Birla shloka as they send me full&final payment receipt deeds to sign saying that all money received without any payment.
