Regarding Fixed Deposit withdrawal from Birla Shloka EduTech Ltd

Dear Sir,
I have invested Rs 20000/- 3(THREE) years back at Birla Shloka EduTech Ltd through Karvy at Agartala Branch Stock Borker company(Karvy).
But I face a problem related to the subject, of my Fixed Deposit withdraw from the Birla Shloka EduTech Ltd.
I have attached all documents in the file enclosed with this mail for any type of clarification to the fact.
Enclo: 1. Form of the FD through which I have invested
2. FD certificate
3. Cheque details of the invested money
I have sent the certificate for withdrawing my money from the company but unable to got the money as per their issued certificate. They sent back my certificate to me without any corrospondance.
Repeatedly I have communicated to the company for withdrawing my money but failed. When I have called to the company persons(Telephone numbers: 02261748282,02241026565,02222026340) they have promises that they will deliver with 15 days from the date of calling, but till now unable to carry their promise for the same, simply they have frond with me.
I am humbly request your authority to take the needful and necessary actions to recovering my invested money.

    I too am waiting for the refund, on follow up they give the same reply that we will settle the same in 15-20 days but nothing is happeing , even if u call they dont talk properly, its high time that CLB takes strict action against the company.Though i have written letters to themin this regard as well

    I Irene Carlos Castelino hold the Fixed Deposit Receipt No. FDR: 0001752 dated 31/08/2012 in your Company M/s Birla Shloka Edutech Limited with deposit of Rs. 25000/- The tenure of the Fixed Deposit was 24 Months. However that is matured on 23/08/2014, but the matured amount of Rs. 31,562/- has not been received by me even after signing and submitting the original certificate on 13 Oct 2014. So you are requested to make payment of entire amount (principal + accumulated interest) to me.

    Hoping for you to comply my request at the earliest.
